目の前で調理される様子を見ることができて、

Okonomiyaki で通じる場合もありますが、
Japanese pancakeやJapanese pizzaと表現されることも。
雰囲気は伝わりますが、実際にどんな食べ物なのかは
想像できないですよね。
お好み焼きを具体的に説明するフレーズを見てみましょう。
お好み焼きは、小麦粉、玉子、水でできた生地にキャベツの千切りを混ぜ合わせて、鉄板で焼いた料理です。
Okonomiyaki is a dish of thinly sliced cabbage mixed with batter made of flour, eggs and water and cooked on an iron griddle.
お好み焼きの生地の中には、紅しょうが、ねぎ、天かすも入っています。
